This past week Novak Djokovic and Naomi Osaka won their Australian Open Finals Matches. Here's a look at the past ten winners of the Australian Open on both the Men's and Women's sides:

2015 - Serena Williams (USA)
2014 - Li Na (China)
2013 - Victoria Azarenka (Belarus)
2012 - Victoria Azarenka (Belarus)
Obviously there's a lot more parity on the women's side as Djokovic now has seven Australian Open titles in the last ten tournaments and nine overall (he also won in 2008 and 2011). So how does Djokovic stack up overall in terms of Grand Slam wins? The 2021 Australian Open was Djokovic's 18th Grand Slam win and he now needs just two more tournament wins to tie Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal on the men's side with 20. On the women's side, Margaret Court won 24 Grand Slam Events between 1960 and 1973 including the Grand Slam in 1970. An Australian native, Court won the Australian Open 11 times.
